Refunds and cancellation

Paid enrollment is not open. No payment is due for a free demonstration. The policy below retains the stated cancellation and refund commitments; checkout and the refund process still require verification before paid launch.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your dashboard or from the link in any billing email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then returns to free sample access.

14-day refund

If you are not happy with a subscription within 14 days of a payment, email support@fedoar.com and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the verified payment provider and bank.
